Flamengo fans sell out Corinthians tickets as Remo match nears sell-out

According to Coluna Do Fla, Flamengo fans have sold out tickets for the eighth-round meeting with Corinthians, while demand for Thursday’s clash with Remo is also surging.

Corinthians typically release about 3,200 tickets to visiting Flamengo supporters at Neo Química Arena, which has a 49,000 capacity.

On Thursday, both sides are in Brasileirão action. Flamengo face Remo at the Maracanã at 20:00 Brasília time, while Dorival Júnior’s Corinthians visit Chapecoense at Arena Condá at 21:30.

For the Remo fixture, more than 45,000 tickets have been purchased and the crowd is expected to exceed 60,000.

Flamengo sit fifth with 10 points from five matches, three wins, one draw and one defeat. Remo are 18th in the table with three points.
