Flamengo name squad for Lanús second leg in Recopa Sudamericana | OneFootball

Flamengo have confirmed their squad for the Recopa Sudamericana return against Lanús as they chase a second title. According to Coluna Do Fla, Filipe Luís has finalised his list for Thursday’s decisive match.

Goalkeepers: Andrew, Dyogo Alves and Rossi. Defenders: Danilo, Léo Ortiz, Léo Pereira and Vitão. Full-backs: Alex Sandro, Ayrton Lucas, Daniel Sales, Emerson Royal and Varela.

Midfielders: Carrascal, Arrascaeta, De La Cruz, Pulgar, Evertton Araújo, Jorginho and Paquetá. Forwards: Bruno Henrique, Cebolinha, Luz Araújo, Pedro, Plata, Samuel Lino and Wallace Yan.

Flamengo will be without Saúl Ñíguez, who continues treatment following surgery on his left heel. In better news, Jorginho, Wallace Yan and Bruno Henrique are available again after recovering from muscle discomfort.

Filipe Luís’s side lost the first leg 1-0. They must win by at least one goal to force extra time and, if necessary, penalties. A victory by two or more goals would secure the 2026 Recopa Sudamericana and a second crown, after lifting the trophy in 2020 under Jorge Jesus.

The second leg is at the Maracanã on Thursday, kicking off at 21:30 Brasília time. Live coverage is on ESPN, on subscription, and Disney+ via streaming.
