Flamengo host Lanús at the Maracanã on Thursday at 21:30 Brasília time, needing a two-goal win to secure the Recopa Sul-Americana and claim their first trophy of the season. Filipe Luís will have reinforcements available.

According to Globo.com, Jorginho trained with the squad on Wednesday and will be named in the matchday squad. He had been pushing to return after a moderate posterior thigh injury suffered in the Supercopa on 1 February, with the medical staff managing his recovery cautiously.

Two more players should be available, Bruno Henrique and Wallace Yan. Bruno Henrique missed Madureira with discomfort in the pubic area and has been undergoing intensive treatment, having played through pain, while Wallace Yan reported muscle pain before the semi-final against Botafogo and missed the last three matches.

Filipe Luís will confirm his starting XI only in the pre-match team talk. Flamengo completed preparations with a Wednesday afternoon session at Ninho do Urubu.

The only definite absentee is Saúl, who is recovering from left ankle surgery carried out at the start of the year. His recovery is estimated at three to four months.

A Flamengo win by one goal would take the tie to extra time and then penalties. Lanús will lift the trophy with a draw or a victory.
