Flamengo XI to face Cruzeiro, with Paquetá and Arrascaeta starting at Maracanã

Flamengo have named their side to face Cruzeiro at the Maracanã on Wednesday night, with Lucas Paquetá and Arrascaeta starting in attack under Leonardo Jardim.

According to Globo.com, the starting XI is Rossi, Emerson Royal, Léo Ortiz, Léo Pereira, Alex Sandro, Pulgar, Jorginho, Arrascaeta, Paquetá, Cebolinha and Pedro.

This is Jardim’s second match in charge. His debut came in Sunday’s Campeonato Carioca final, where Flamengo drew 0-0 with Fluminense in normal time and won the title on penalties.

Flamengo sit 13th in the Campeonato Brasileiro with four points. Cruzeiro have two points and are 19th, inside the relegation zone.

The fixture forms part of the fifth round of the Brasileirão.
