Manchester City entertained Borussia Dortmund at the Etihad Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the UEFA Champions League. The Mancunian giants made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 22nd minute when Phil Foden got his name on the scoresheet. Erling Haaland doubled Man City’s advantage just seven minutes later as Man City went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.

Foden scored again for the home team in the 57th minute before Waldemar Anton got a goal back for Dortmund in the 72nd minute. Rayan Cherki found the back of the net as well in injury time as Pep Guardiola’s players ended up earning a dominant 4-1 win at the Etihad.
