Toronto FC are ready to welcome a new head coach to their dugout after concluding their search to replace John Herdman.
Following initial reports, the Canadian club confirmed the appointment of Robin Fraser to take charge ahead of the 2025 season.
The 58-year-old is familiar with the grounds at BMO Field, having worked for the club as an assistant under Greg Vanney. During this time, TFC won the MLS Cup, Supporters' Shield and the Canadian Championship.
Fraser most recently was manager of the Colorado Rapids but departed before the end of the 2023 season. He led the club to the top of the Western Conference in 2021 during his spell.
Additionally, the reports claim he was also interviewed by the New England Revolution the San Jose Earthquakes before rejoining Toronto.
Last season, TFC finished 11th in the Eastern Conference.
