Gameweek 27 is pivotal as fixtures swing, with the deadline at 13:30 GMT on Saturday, 21 February. Chelsea host Burnley, while Gameweek 31 blanks loom.

According to Hounslow Herald, Chelsea are strong at Stamford Bridge and Burnley’s defensive numbers are the league’s worst.

Cole Palmer (£10.6m) is leading captain, 32 points in his last two and on penalties, while Joao Pedro (£7.7m) has 48 in five as focal point. For a one-week defensive punt, consider Robert Sanchez (£4.9m) or Trevoh Chalobah (£5.8m). Burnley were goalless in two of their last three, though Chelsea’s longer run is tougher.

Erling Haaland (£14.9m) remains a yellow flag after missing midweek FA Cup tie. Pep Guardiola suggested it was not serious and he was pictured in training, but models predict reduced minutes against Newcastle.

Antoine Semenyo (£8m) has matched Haaland over the last four weeks. A switch to Igor Thiago (£7.0m), on 17 goals this season, could fund Palmer or Salah, a brave but viable move.

Differentials under 10% ownership: Crysencio Summerville (£5.6m, West Ham), outscored recently only by Palmer among midfielders, meets Bournemouth, ranked 15th for expected goals conceded.

Dango Ouattara (£5.8m, Brentford) has been the most advanced alongside Thiago since AFCON, and a favourable run starts now. Jørgen Strand Larsen (£6.1m, Crystal Palace) hit a brace last week and hosts former club Wolves.

Looking ahead, Arsenal, Man City, Wolves and Crystal Palace are set to blank in Gameweek 31, so target Liverpool, Brentford or Fulham with confirmed fixtures and attractive schedules.
