Francesco Farioli calls up Gabriel Brás to replace Thiago Silva

FC Porto will not be able to count on Thiago Silva for the match against Moreirense, following the passing of the defender's mother. Francesco Farioli has called up the young Gabriel Brás for the 26th round, and he will thus appear on the match sheet for this Sunday night.

The 21-year-old Portuguese is a regular presence in the B team, where he has played 22 matches, scoring one goal and providing two assists. Gabriel Brás has already been on FC Porto’s bench, but has yet to make his debut for the first team. His contract runs until 2028.
