The German Football Association's (DFB) sports court has ruled against SC Freiburg's Matthias Ginter due to unsportsmanlike conduct.

The 2014 World Cup winner has already accepted the verdict of being hit with a €15,000 fine, making it legally binding agreement.

Ginter's misconduct ensued after Freiburg's dramatic late 3-2 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga last Saturday.

Match referee Daniel Siebert and his team were already in the referee's dressing room when Ginter suddenly shouted outside.

The experienced centre-half also kicked the door of the arbiters' changing room from the outside, according to the DFB statement.

It has since been confirmed that Ginter has apologized to referee Siebert and his team of officials for his actions last weekend.
