Four years on, another generation of young Rossoneri have brought the Scudetto title back to Milano. The 2026 summer triumph in Rimini echoes the success achieved four years ago in the Marche region, when AC Milan's Under-15 side claimed the 2021/22 season title with a 1-0 victory over Fiorentina in the final. The decisive match was played in June 2022 at the Stadio della Vittoria in Tolentino, and the winning goal came in the 28th minute, scored by a young Francesco Camarda after he latched onto a perfectly weighted assist from Emanuele Sala. That side was coached by Roberto Bertuzzo, who had already led AC Milan's Under-15s to the Scudetto in 2010 with a team that included Bryan Cristante and Andrea Petagna. The Rossoneri line-up in the 2022 final was: Bassorizzi, Albè, Perera, Colombo, Ceriani, Sala, Dotta, Perin, Camarda, Liberali and Batistini (with Ossola coming on as a substitute).

This time, in Rimini, the team coached by Lorenzo Cresta defeated Empoli 2-0 in the final to secure the title. Vincenzo Vergine, Head of AC Milan's Youth Sector, reflected on the significance of the achievement: "In the past, the title was won by the 2007 generation, with Camarda playing above his age group, and everyone can see the path those players have taken. Today, the 2011 generation have picked up the baton and brought this prestigious trophy back to the Club, beginning a new cycle. We are working with great commitment to strengthen the youth sector and provide continuity to a project focused on the growth and development of our players." A similar path has been taken by Sala, now captain of Milan Futuro and Italy's Under-19 team. Camarda was the match-winner in 2022, and then Manna and Jadid delivered the goals that secured the win in 2026. Head Coach Lorenzo Cresta underlined the significance of the achievement and the responsibility that comes with representing the Club: "This shirt means a great deal. It carries an extraordinary history, so we're reminded to honour it every single day."
