Fulham have kicked off their summer transfer business by signing goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte from Montpellier.
It’s been a relatively quiet window for the Cottagers up to now, but they've now added some experience to the squad with Lecomte agreeing a two-year deal.
He’s expected to provide cover and competition for Bernd Leno, with Steven Benda reportedly close to completing a loan switch to Millwall after undergoing a medical.
Despite his efforts, Lecomte couldn’t help Montpellier avoid the drop to Ligue 2 last season, and now makes the move to the Premier League.
Fulham are also said to be in discussions with Arsenal over a potential move for Reiss Nelson, and have been linked with Chelsea pair Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Raheem Sterling.
