Galatasaray, the reigning Süper Lig champions, are stepping up plans to reinforce midfield and attack, identifying the Paraguayan duo Julio Enciso and Diego Gómez as leading targets. According to Turkish-Football.com, the Istanbul club have prioritised the pair for the upcoming season.

Talks with their clubs are understood to be in preparation as the board explores formal negotiations. The report adds that discussions with Brighton are planned regarding Enciso, and that talks with Strasbourg are being prepared, though the player involved has not been tied to Enciso or Gómez, with Gómez at Inter Miami.

Enciso, 20, is a forward at Brighton and a Paraguay international. He joined from Libertad in 2022 and has already scored in England, including against Manchester City.

Gómez, 21, is a central midfielder for MLS side Inter Miami, where he plays alongside Lionel Messi. Praised for his box-to-box energy, passing range and defensive work, he moved from Libertad in 2023 and has quickly become important for both club and country.
