A vital, and controversial, 1-0 win over West Ham on Sunday saw Arsenal maintain their five-point lead over Manchester City, who have a game in hand.

City face Crystal Palace on Wednesday evening before Arsenal host Burnley, in games both title-challengers are expected to win. City's game in hand comes the following week when they travel to Bournemouth, rearranged due to the FA Cup final this weekend.

And Neville believes the clash on the south coast will see City drop points and hand Arsenal the title before the final game of the season.

He said on the Gary Neville Podcast: "I think City beat Palace, I think Arsenal beat Burnley and I think Arsenal win it, Tuesday night on the 19th of May by City not doing the job at Bournemouth.

"Look, it can happen all sorts of different ways and Manchester City, to be fair have got that ability to go right until the end.

"But I think this is a hammer blow for City really. They’ve got the game on Wednesday against Palace, they’ve got the cup final against Chelsea on Saturday so they can win a domestic double, which is a big achievement by the way and deserve some congratulations if they go and do it.

"And then they go to Bournemouth on Tuesday and I think that might be a step too far with how Bournemouth are right now.

"Being [Andoni] Iraola’s last game at Bournemouth and just the fact that they’re a good side. I called this today a dog of a game for Arsenal. I think the game on Tuesday a week later is a dog of a game for Manchester City."
