HLN are reporting that Genk have turned down an offer from Feyenoord for South Korean striker Hyun-gyu Oh. The former Celtic forward only joined Genk last summer and the side now see him as untouchable, with top scorer from last season Tolu Arokodare expected to leave this summer. The Eredivisie side had indicated they were willing to part with €10m for the striker, but even that has not tempted Genk into any form of negotiations.

Oh was very much a back up striker in Genk last season, but he still managed to make his mark. The forward came off the bench to help himself to 12 goals in 41 games. Prior to Genk, the 24-year-old forward had spent two seasons at Celtic. After a strong start in his first season with seven goals in 21 games, he struggled to fully break into the team during the 2023/2024 campaign, ending the season with five goals in 26 games. Prior to that, Oh had played for Suwon Samsung Bluewings and Gimcheon Sangmu.
