However, at the same time there have been a few murmurs that Inter may not want to prioritize the Coppa.

The Nerazzurri have a fierce title race with Napoli to think about. After their loss to Bologna on Sunday, they are level on points at the top of the table.

And next week, Inter face Barcelona in the Champions League semifinals.

The Champions League is an even more glamorous opportunity than the Coppa Italia for Inter.

However, in the view of Tuttosport, there are still four big reasons for Inter Milan to throw everything they have at this evening’s match against Milan.

Firstly, there is the fact that a win this evening would keep the Treble dream alive.

The Nerazzurri would certainly love to win the Serie A title and the Champions League. But they would need the domestic cup to complete the set.

And on the other hand, there is the fact that Inter have no guarantee of winning either the Serie A title or the Champions League.

Therefore, the Coppa Italia represents a chance to end the season with silverware even in the event that things go badly in the other two competitions the Nerazzurri are in.
