How the Game Was

Fortaleza opened the scoring just five minutes into the game. Bareiro took advantage of Kannemann's mistake in Grêmio's ball exit and finished from the edge of the area to find the net.

However, the home team's lead didn't last long. At 13 minutes, Brenno released the ball inside the area to restart the game but didn't see Carlos Vinicius, who took advantage of the goalkeeper's distraction to score the equalizer.
