Grêmio in talks over André Henrique exit as Goztepe renew approach

According to Globo.com, Grêmio are negotiating the departure of forward André Henrique after a renewed approach from Goztepe of Türkiye, with all parties expecting a resolution in the coming days.

Goztepe tried to sign him at the end of last year. Their offer, worth around two million euros, R$ 11.8 million, was rejected by the club. The new attempt carries similar figures.

Limited opportunities in 2026 count against his stay. He is third in the centre-forward pecking order and has played 13 times, starting only three when the reserve side was selected.

This year he has also received enquiries from other teams, including Chapecoense and clubs in Europe.

Grêmio renewed André Henrique’s contract at the start of the season. The deal, previously running to 2027, now lasts until December 2028.
