Manchester City entertained Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a win at home in the FA Cup. The Mancunian outfit made a good start to the game and scored the opener in the 39th minute when Erling Haaland converted his penalty. Haaland scored again in the latter stages of the first half as Pep Guardiola’s men went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.

Antoine Semenyo scored his side’s third goal in the 50th minute before Haaland completed his hat-trick in the 57th minute. The match ended with Man City securing a dominant 4-0 win at the Etihad.

He came back to defend when needed and linked up play well inside the opponent’s half.

CM: Rodri – 7/10

Rodri anchored the midfield with conviction and was a good presence on the ball.

RW: Antoine Semenyo – 7.5/10

He used his pace well at times and did well to score in the 50th minute.

Cherki showed a few flashes of what he can do, but failed to register a goal.
