The dominant Norwegian centre-forward has been in some of the best form of his already impressive career this season as City ramp up their title challenge, bagging a brace and adding an assist as City stroll against West Ham.

With his double, Haaland sits on 38 goals in 28 matches this season for club and country, and it's this type of form that has many fans and pundits shifting the Citizens into the category of Premier League title favourite.

Impressively, Haaland has now scored against 12 Premier League sides this season before reaching the halfway point of the current campaign, while his two strikes (his 148th and 149th for the club) now see him pull ahead of Man City legend Francis Lee.

But, the story of the day is unquestionably that Haaland is now on 104 Premier League goals, topping Cristiano Ronaldo's tally for Manchester United (103), while needing 122 fewer matches to put the footballing icon in his rear view.
