Everton will travel to London Stadium on Saturday (9 November) to face West Ham in the Premier League.

The Toffees will be looking to bounce back to winning ways after suffering a 1-0 defeat against Southampton in the Premier League last week.

Sean Dyche was taken aback after the game that his side didn’t pick up anything against the Saints. Prior to that the Toffees were undefeated in their previous five league games.

West Ham are struggling badly at the moment, and it is a great opportunity for Everton to pick up all three points away from home and inflict further damage on their rivals.

They will be heavily boosted by the return of one of their key players.

Sean Dyche shares Everton injury update

Ahead of the game, Dyche told the reporters that midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure is fit again and has a chance to get involved against the Hammers.

The 31-year-old midfielder missed last week’s action against Southampton, but he has fully recovered.

Dyche said that everyone was a bit worried that Doucoure could be out for a few weeks, but he has done very well to get himself fully fit.

He said: “[Doucoure] has got a chance. He’s done very well to recover – we were worried at first that it would be a number of weeks but that’s settled down really quickly, so he’s got a chance.”

Everton still missing some key players

The Toffees are further boosted as Iliman Ndiaye also took part in training this week. He suffered a knock in the early stages of the game at St Mary’s and was taken off.

He has been outstanding for Everton this season, and it would be a massive boost for the club if he returns to the starting line-up.

Seamus Coleman has been ruled out after suffering a minor hamstring injury.

James Garner (back), Tim Iroegbunam and Youssef Chermiti (both foot) also remain sidelined for the Toffees.
