Real Madrid will face off against Levante at the Estadi Ciutat de València on Tuesday night as they look to secure a positive result on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos managed to secure a 2-0 win versus Espanyol recently, which should keep them in good spirits ahead of this game.

Xabi Alonso will set his team up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to name a strong first team for this clash. Dean Huijsen and Jude Bellingham could both play from the start of this game.

Defence

Thibaut Courtois will operate in between the sticks for Los Blancos after keeping a clean sheet in his last outing. Dean Huijsen will play alongside Eder Militao at the centre of the Real Madrid backline as they look to keep the opposition at bay throughout the 90 minutes.

Dani Carvajal will try to catch the eye as the right-back, while Alvaro Carreras hopes to prove his worth on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the freedom to go forward and join in on the attack when they can.

David Alaba will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield

Aurelien Tchouameni and Federico Valverde will anchor the midfield for Los Blancos as they try to dictate the tempo of the game in the middle of the park.

The gifted trio of Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham and Franco Mastantuono will operate just ahead of them as part of Alonso’s attack. All three of them need to combine well if Real Madrid are to secure a convincing win in midweek.

Dani Ceballos and Brahim Diaz will have to be content with a place on the bench as they wait for their opportunity to impress in the second half if required.

Attack

Kylian Mbappe will lead the line for the Madrid giants up top. He would be eager to get his name on the scoresheet after scoring against Espanyol last weekend.

Rodrygo and Gonzalo Garcia will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the final quarter if the Madrid outfit are in need of a goal.
