Silva is particularly impressed by Kompany’s way of working. The Bayern coach pays attention to many small details, but at the same time never loses sight of the big picture. „He is young, hungry and pays attention to every detail,“ said Silva. At the same time, Kompany gives his players a lot of confidence

It is precisely this mix that is an important reason for Munich’s current success. „You can tell that everyone is pulling in the same direction,“ emphasized the former playmaker

Silva also likes the record champions‘ style of play. Kompany’s team has impressed this season with its attacking soccer, high intensity and impressive results. „Of course, who doesn’t?“ Silva replied with a laugh when asked whether he liked Bayern’s game. With regard to the Champions League, however, Silva did not want to commit himself too early.
