Athletic opened pre-season at Lezama, the first under Edin Terzic, with early conversations and a clear sense of ilusión around the squad.

Óscar de Marcos returned to Lezama one year after retiring, recruited by Terzic as an express request to work on player development and connect the dressing room. He shared an embrace with Iñaki Williams. The captain will be accompanied by his predecessor this season.
