Only Jamal Musiala (€140m) and Harry Kane (€90m) have a higher market value than Michael Olise (€65m), according to Transfermarkt, and the Frenchman is already showing his worth to his Bayern Munich teammates.

Per Opta, Olise has created eight big chances in 2025, the most of any player across Europe’s big five leagues this calendar year.

The 23-year-old has featured in every Bundesliga game so far this season under Vincent Kompany. Playing on the right-side in all but two games, Olise has seven goals and 10 assists – an excellent return since his €53m move from Crystal Palace in the summer.

Not only that, per FBREF, Olise leads the way for Passes into Penalty Area (70) this season, the most of any player across Europe’s top five leagues, and the attacking-player also leads the way for xAG (Expected Assisted Goals) in the Bundesliga with 6.3m or 0.39 per 90.

Olise is also in the 98th percentile for progressive passes in comparison to positional peers across Europe’s top five leagues over the last 365 days.
