La Liga giants Barcelona could welcome Raphinha back into the fray for the club’s next domestic outing.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have this week provided an insight into the situation.

Wide-man Raphinha has for his part not taken to the pitch in Barcelona’s colours since all the way back in September.

This comes owing to a hamstring injury, which the former Leeds United man appeared to have recovered from last month, only to be ruled out once more owing to a setback.

The expectation, in turn, was that Raphinha would not be seen again until the far side of the international break.

As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, the 28-year-old could in fact be welcomed back into the matchday fold sooner.

As per a report from Sport, amid positive ongoing progress in his recovery, it is not out of the question that Raphinha could be called up by Hansi Flick to face Celta Vigo this weekend.
