Inter Milan eyeing two Barcelona stars in Bastoni swap deal | OneFootball

Italian giants Inter Milan have earmarked a pair of Barcelona stars as potential makeweights in any Blaugrana deal for Alessandro Bastoni.

The name of defender Bastoni is of course dominating the media headlines in Catalunya’s capital at present.

This comes amid the widespread understanding that Barcelona are now actively pursing the signature of the Italian international.

Considered the ideal long-term partner for Pau Cubarsí at the Spotify Camp Nou, Bastoni has been placed at the very top of the Blaugrana’s summer transfer wishlist.

The main stumbling block towards any deal, however, comes in the form of the sizable fee set to be demanded by Inter Milan for their defensive stalwart.

Short on funds, Barcelona may therefore be forced to offer up players in part exchange for Bastoni.

And according to Mundo Deportivo, citing Italian reports, with as much in mind, two members of Hansi Flick’s squad have made their way onto the transfer radar at San Siro.

The pair in question? Dani Olmo, and Ferran Torres.
