Inter vs. AC Milan U16 derby ends in brawl with punches thrown – the punishments

The Sporting Judge has dished out punishments after the U16 play-off tie between AC Milan and Inter ended in an all-out brawl.
The second leg of the round of 16 derby took place on Sunday and ended 1-0 in favour of the Rossoneri, who were nevertheless eliminated because even though it ended level on aggregate, Inter went through due to a higher league position.
As Sprint e Sport (via Calciomercato.it) recall, tensions were clearly running high at full-time because it was carnage after the final whistle. At the end of a heated game full of cards, ‘the players began to swear at each other, even punching each other’.
Furthermore, ‘as soon as the teams returned to the locker rooms, it was the parents’ turn in the stands’. Shouts, insults and even some pushing and shoving occurred in the crowds, which immediately attracted the attention of the stewards present.
The police almost intervened: “The management of the officers was perfect, they managed to calm things down, avoiding the intervention of the police, who someone was about to call.”
The Sporting Judge’s verdict after the game is as follows:
➤ Three-game ban for Dade Lombardi (Inter); ➤ Two-game ban for Caprini (Inter technical assistant); ➤ Two-game bans for for Owusu and Allasufi (Inter); ➤ Two-game ban for Seye (Milan); ➤ One-game ban for Rocca (Inter).
