Happy Monday everyone, I hope you are all feeling Champion on this dull, cloudy April morning, despite the champers remaining on ice for the time being.
We were seconds away from making four in a row official yesterday afternoon, but Aberdeen’s failure to hang on against theRangers meant we will have to wait another fortnight for our inevitable title wining celebrations.
But in all truthfulness, it’s done and dusted already, and only a fool would suggest otherwise. We have a 15 point lead at the top and with only 15 to play for, plus our massive plus 42 goal difference advantage is as good as an extra point.

It would take a catastrophic disaster for us not to prevail. For that to happen we would need to lose all our remaining games by a few goals, whilst the Ibrox club would have to win all theirs by convincing high score-lines, and whilst anything can happen in football, I can confidently predict that scenario definitely won’t be happening. Even the deluded minds in theRangers support wouldn’t claim that was possible.
One point is all we need to make it official, but the simple reality is that it’s done and dusted and we are simply just waiting on the mere formality. I think we can safely proclaim Glasgow Celtic as champions of Scotland once again.
