Jack Grealish is set to undergo a medical later today before joining Everton on loan for the 2025/26 season.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano is reporting that a deal between the Toffees and Manchester City has now been agreed with Grealish set to have his medical before the transfer is completed.

Grealish was always likely to leave City this summer after reduced playing time for Pep Guardiola's team last season, the forward will want regular game time especially with 2026 being a World Cup year.
Should the deal be finalised then the 29-year-old could make his first appearance for the Merseyside club on Saturday as Everton play newly-promoted Leeds United at Elland Road.
Last season, Grealish played 32 games in all competitions, scoring three times and assisting five.
