Jorge Jesus posts video after Flamengo 3-0 Coritiba at Maracanã | OneFootball

Flamengo beat Coritiba 3-0 at the Maracanã on Saturday in the 18th round of the Brasileirão, watched by former head coach Jorge Jesus.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the Portuguese posted clips from his visit on social media and described the Maracanã and Flamengo as special to him.

Jesus watched the game alongside compatriot José Boto, Flamengo's director of football. After the match he met Diego Ribas, Rodrigo Caio, Diego Alves, Filipe Luís, Vitinho and Bruno Henrique to reminisce.

Having won the 2025/26 Saudi league with Al Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo's club, Jesus is currently without a club. He confirmed his departure on Thursday 28.

He joined Flamengo in June 2019 after Abel Braga's dismissal. During his tenure the club lifted five trophies and lost only four matches. His side set the 20-team era points record with 90 and also won the Libertadores.
