Kang In Lee is set to change clubs this window after a reduced role at Paris Saint-Germain, seeking a team where he can be central again.
Fabrizio Romano reports that the South Korean playmaker has asked PSG to listen to offers and there is already interest. Atlético Madrid have contacted the French club to learn the terms of any exit.
Fresh from winning the Champions League, Kang In previously shone in Spain with RCD Mallorca. Valencia gave him away while signing Marcos André for more than eight million euros, and his form in Palma prompted PSG’s move.
Competition in Paris has been fierce and his form has fluctuated. Even so, he featured in 39 games last season as a rotation option, offering a threat off the bench.
That output was short of his level two seasons ago, when he played close to 50 matches and contributed seven goals and six assists. A return to LaLiga is among the possibilities under discussion.
