Sky Germany reports that Karlsruher SC’s Louey Ben Farhat could be their next big sale, as he attracts interest from the Bundesliga and abroad.

The 19-year-old is experiencing his breakout season with KSC, after a metatarsal impacted his early-season form. Since returning to fitness, he has four goals and one assist in nine games, taking his overall tally this campaign to five goals and two assists in 12 games.

This has obviously begun to attract interest from ‘bigger’ teams. From the Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen and Eintracht Frankfurt have inquired about Ben Farhat. Bayern Munich have also sent scouts to watch the Waiblingen native in recent weeks. While Red Bull Salzburg and Nice from abroad have also shown interest.

Karlsruhe’s price for Ben Farhat:

The 19-year-old still has a contract at the Wildparkstadion until 2029, because of this, Karlsruhe have set the price for Ben Farhat at €12m.

A potential sale would make him the club’s record sale, following the departure of Max Weiß to Burnley in the summer for €4m. While overall, it would place the 19-year-old as the 11th most expensive departure in the history of the 2.Bundesliga.
