Kutlu brace lifts Konyaspor, ends Trabzonspor's eight-match unbeaten run

Konyaspor 2-1 Trabzonspor as Berkan Kutlu struck twice in the first half on Monday in Konya, lifting the hosts to eighth and snapping the visitors' eight-match league unbeaten run.

In the 32nd minute, Berkan Kutlu headed in from close range after a corner. Kutlu then smashed a second from a tight angle after Enis Bardhi's pass (39.).

After the restart, Deniz Ertaş saved smartly from Benjamin Bouchouari as Trabzonspor pushed. Paul Onuachu later clipped the bar in the closing stages.

Half-time changes lifted the visitors, with Felipe Augusto introduced and glancing in Wagner Pina's cross (79.). Diogo Gonçalves briefly thought he had made it safe for Konyaspor, but his finish was ruled out after a VAR review for offside (86.).

Konyaspor posted six shots on target from 12 attempts. Trabzonspor registered 23 attempts but hit the target only three times.
