Leeds United host Brentford at Elland Road on Saturday, with Gabriel Gudmundsson suspended and the visitors carrying a lengthy injury list. The Premier League fixture follows Leeds’ 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace, after they played the entire second half with 10 men.
According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Gudmundsson was twice booked for two fouls at Selhurst Park, with referee Thomas Bramall initially appearing to forget the first caution.
Leeds are otherwise in reasonable shape, while Brentford have six players ruled out. Fabio Carvalho and Antoni Milambo are out for the season after anterior cruciate ligament surgery in November.
Josh Dasilva is recovering from ACL surgery and two further operations late last season. He has rejoined parts of first-team training this month, with his workload carefully managed.
Rico Henry is sidelined by a hamstring issue and, earlier this month, boss Andrews said the full-back would miss a number of weeks. Aaron Hickey sustained a hamstring injury against Brighton last month and is expected back after the international break, as is Vitaly Janelt following a metatarsal problem in the same game.
