Leeds beat Fulham 1-0 last time out, Lukas Nmecha scoring in added time, and have lost just one of their last 10 in all competitions. Anton Stach and Jaka Bijol were ruled out 24 hours earlier, joining Daniel James, with James Justin and Ilia Gruev stepping in.

Everton won 1-0 at Aston Villa on Sunday. Michael Keane is suspended after a straight red for pulling Tolu Arokodare’s hair against Wolves earlier this month, the Leeds game completes his three-match ban.

Carlos Alcaraz has been out since 27 December with an unspecified issue and David Moyes has offered no details. He was not back in training as of Friday last week and is expected to miss Leeds, while Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall remains sidelined with a hamstring and has not returned to training.

Jarrad Branthwaite, out all season with a serious hamstring problem, trained last week and could feature depending on how this week goes. Nothing has been confirmed.

Tim Iroegbunam has missed two games with a groin issue and could return to training this week, so he might be in the squad for the game. Idrissa Gana Gueye is due back after Senegal won the AFCON final on Sunday, and will likely be involved.
