Leeds United were part of a unanimous vote by all 20 Premier League clubs to retain the £30 cap on away tickets for a further two seasons.
The Premier League said in a statement that the cap has been in place since 2016, with away attendances rising from 82% to 91% in that period, and that it recognises extra travel costs such as public transport and petrol.
The limit keeps adult away tickets at no more than £30. Leeds also applied the same cap during the 2024/25 Championship campaign, mirroring the top flight’s pricing policy.
During 2023/24, Elland Road officials pursued a reciprocal pricing plan, inviting other Championship clubs to keep tickets affordable. Many accepted, though Coventry City were among those to oppose the approach.
Should Leeds remain a Premier League club beyond the summer, travelling supporters would be protected from any matchday price increases for away seats under the extended cap.
