A retired police officer turned dog walker has gone viral on Facebook after two of his charges sang along to Leeds United chant Marching On Together.
"Milo and Jasper have people in cars laughing their heads off as they pass," said Lee Stowe. "This was honestly a one take wonder, they howl and sing along, it is great." He told The Yorkshire Post.
Stowe, 53, spent more than 30 years with West Yorkshire Police, 19 as a sergeant, before launching Leads United Dog Walking in 2023 after shadowing other walkers. He now leads outings around Temple Newsam, where the pair often sing in his van.
A Leeds United season ticket holder, he runs the business with a football theme, including a van emblazoned with the club logo and badges. Owners receive daily match reports and a player of the week trophy, plus mock press conferences for new signings.
"The owners love the football theme," he said. "Some of them want nothing more than their dog to win the trophy, it is a bit of fun." "I know this is the job for me now."
