Leeds United are mapping out a busy summer ahead of their second season back in the Premier League. Daniel Farke's side secured safety with three games to spare and finished 14th, eight points clear despite a final-day 3-0 defeat at relegated West Ham. The 2025-26 campaign ended two weeks ago.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, the summer diary opens with the World Cup on Thursday, June 11, Mexico v South Africa at 8pm. Noah Okafor is the first Leeds player in action on Saturday, June 13 when Switzerland face Qatar at 8pm.

Brenden Aaronson with USA, Gabi Gudmundsson with Sweden and Ao Tanaka with Japan are also involved at the tournament.

The summer transfer window opens on Wednesday, June 14. Premier League fixtures are released at 10am on Friday, June 19.

The World Cup final is on Sunday, July 19. Pre-season then starts in America on Sunday, July 25 against Wrexham at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.

Leeds' second friendly in America is against Sunderland on Friday, July 30 at the Sports Illustrated Stadium in New Jersey.
