Leeds United are yet to make their first signing of the summer, but rivals are busy ahead of the 2026-27 Premier League season. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Tottenham have made four additions including a £52m defender, there are new goalkeepers for Newcastle and Spurs, and Nottingham Forest are set to lose their star man in a record deal.

Arsenal have signed Piero Hincapie permanently from Bayer Leverkusen for £25m after a loan. Jakub Kiwior has joined Porto, Karl Hein has moved to Werder Bremen, and Samuel Onyekachukwu was among eight players released.

Aston Villa have agreed a pre-contract for Modou Keba Cisse from LASK. There have been no departures.

Bournemouth have no signings so far, with Marco Rose appointed head coach. Marcos Senesi is joining Tottenham as his contract expires, Michael Dacosta Gonzalez has moved to Moreirense and Hamed Traore to Marseille. Andoni Iraola has left and is now Liverpool head coach.

Brentford have signed Jannik Schuster from Red Bull Salzburg for £17.2m. Reiss Nelson has returned to Arsenal after his loan and Ryan Trevitt has been released.

Brighton have brought in Zadok Yohanna from AIK Stockholm for £21.5m and Costinha from Olympiacos for £11m. Jan Paul van Hecke has joined Tottenham for £52m, James Milner has retired and Joel Veltman, Solly March and Adam Webster have left at contract end.

Chelsea have made no signings, with Xabi Alonso appointed head coach. Marc Cucurella has joined Real Madrid for £51.8m and Jimmy-Jay Morgan has moved to West Brom for £4m.
