According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Leeds United have teased their 2026/27 away kit ahead of an 8am Thursday launch, while the outlet has ranked the club’s last 15 away designs.
The club’s official X account posted a teaser on Wednesday, a short clip of five people walking through the countryside, the first twirling a scarf.
A retro 1990s Leeds crest and the Adidas trefoil appear at the end, both expected to feature on next season’s away shirt.
Recent efforts have largely landed, but the list flags misfires too. In 15th is 2022/23, criticised for a strange, non-traditional look and coloured by the relegation season. 14th goes to 2013/14, when gold hardly felt Leeds.
2014/15 sits 13th, a buttoned collar could not offset the navy that felt more training top than Leeds. 2017/18 is 12th, a sharp all-black Kappa effort that still did not feel Leeds. 2018/19 ranks 11th, the first of the Marcelo Bielsa era yet again more like training wear, with a yellow third preferred.
At 10th is 2020/21, Leeds’ first Adidas shirt, a nod to the green stripes of the 1990s that lacked the same retro feel, though it did bring a Patrick Bamford hat-trick at Aston Villa.
