Legendary Italian manager Fabio Capello has praised new Inter Milan coach Cristian Chivu for his tactical ideas.
Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, Capello also issued a warning to the Nerazzurri ahead of Saturday’s derby.
Indeed, Inter will take on Juventus in the latest edition of the famous Derby d’Italia at the Allianz Stadium on Saturday.
Cristian Chivu has amends to make after his side faltered in their last Serie A outing before the international break.
Despite a thumping 5-0 win over Torino in round one, Inter slumped to a 2-1 home loss to Udinese last time out.
Therefore, more than just bragging rights will be at stake when they meet their arch-rivals this weekend.
Meanwhile, Juventus have gone from strength to strength at the start of the new season.
Led by the resurgent Dusan Vlahovic, they won their first two league matches via an aggregate score of 3-0.
With that in mind, it’s reasonable to expect them to enter this clash in high spirits.

“It will be especially indicative for the Nerazzurri,” Capello said. “Chivu has great ideas and doesn’t want to preach in the desert.
“However, the problem for his team is understanding if some players have shaken off the disappointment of losing the Champions League final against PSG.
“They will face an ambitious Juventus, which have undertaken a clear path, is improving, but are still under construction.”
Saturday’s fixture will be a chance for Manchester City loanee Manuel Akanji to make his Serie A debut.
Indeed, the Swiss center-back will likely take Yann Bisseck’s place in defense after the German’s erratic showing against Udinese.
El Toro will return from the international break on Friday, meaning he will have almost no time to prepare for the game.
