At the moment, nobody knows who is going to be the Leicester City manager next season. Contradictions exist everywhere within media speculation concerning the changing situation on Filbert Way. Current team boss Ruud van Nistelrooy could stay, though even he is said to be undecided regarding the fated position.

Some claim the ex-Manchester United man wants to remain at KPS and take the East Midlanders straight back up to the Premier League. While other reports suggest the Dutchman is unsure whether he actually desires a spell in the English Championship. Either way, City face challenges on multiple horizons: player exits, minimal budget for signings, a challenging and combative division.

The Foxes will need to retain as many standout footballers as humanly possible. Unlike other offseasons, this so-called family club might just have to get tough with its often poorly performing personnel - for the good of the entire organisation! Keeping one or two stars who want to jump ship to the detriment of the outfit may ultimately be beneficial for LCFC.

However, opportunities exist elsewhere for further quality to be added to the roster for potentially no fees at all. Free transfers can generate some great veteran acquisitions now and again. The King Power side have benefited there previously, of course. While no-obligation EPL loan deals would possibly bolster the starting lineup and substitute's bench no end.

But Leicester could require van Nistelrooy's influence to sign one of their targets from Man United. The Red Devils' up-and-coming defender Harry Amass is supposedly on the Foxes' wishlist for a summer switch.

Manchester United left-back Harry Amass to Leicester City this summer?

Victor Kristiansen hasn't been good enough in 2024/25. And I only really consider Luke Thomas a backup, in spite of his impressive Mo Salah assignments. Therefore a decent left-sided man is required. Maybe van Nistelrooy can aid a capture here:
