Ligue 1 Predictions, Round 24
GFFN editor-in-chief Luke Entwistle, and sub-editors Raphaël Jucobin and Bastien Cheval face off in our Ligue 1 predictions competition. This season, GFFN will also be hosting guests. Earlier this season, The Athletic’s Alex Barker participated and became the first name on our guest leaderboard, and he has since been joined by Julien Laurens. It’s three points for a correct score, two points for a correct score difference, and one point for a correct result. Who will come out on top at the end of the season?

Marseille have spent a week away in Marbella with new manager Habib Beye in order to get their season back on track. It has been a turbulent February between the record defeat to PSG, the exit of Roberto De Zerbi, and the dreadful performance on Beye’s debut last week. It leaves OM off the podium in Ligue 1 and needing to make up a gap to Lyon (five points). In that sense, this Sunday’s Choc des Olympiques is a six-pointer. OL certainly haven’t been derailed by their defeat to Lens last week, a result that signalled an end to their 13-game winning run. But beyond that, there was also the injury sustained by Pavel Sulc, such a key performer for Lyon this season. He will not face OM and that is a big blow as they head to the Vélodrome.
