Lorient upend Marseille as 13-match unbeaten run ends

Lorient beat Marseille 2-0 on Saturday at the Stade du Moustoir - Yves Allainmat to claim their first league win over the visitors since 2015 and halt a 13-match unbeaten run in this fixture.
In the 28th minute, Panos Katseris finished from the right side of the six-yard box to put the hosts ahead.
Les Phocéens created openings either side of the break. Yvon Mvogo saved from Mason Greenwood and Tim Weah, while Hamed Junior Traoré missed the target from promising positions.
After the restart, Bamba Dieng doubled the lead from the centre of the box after Pablo Pagis' pass (58.).
Les Phocéens tallied 16 attempts but registered only two on target. Lorient produced 11 attempts, with four on target.
Lorient remain ninth in Ligue 1 and host Strasbourg next. Les Phocéens stay fourth in the Champions League qualification places and welcome Nice next.
