Luca Koleosho close to Paris FC loan from Burnley | OneFootball

L'Équipe reports that Burnley winger Luca Koleosho, an Italy Under-21 international, is close to joining Paris FC on loan until the end of the season.

Nothing has been signed yet, but talks are well advanced and a quick resolution is anticipated. The 21-year-old spent the first half of the campaign at Espanyol Barcelona, his formative club, where he featured only in three league matches.

Paris FC head coach Stéphane Gilli said after Sunday’s 1-2 defeat to PSG that he hoped recruits would arrive this week to cover five players at the Africa Cup of Nations and four others injured or returning. This move would address that need.

The American-Italian has 12 caps and 2 goals for Italy’s Under-21s. He played at last summer’s Euros, opening the scoring against Germany on 22 June 2025, although Italy lost 3-2 after extra time. He is contracted to Burnley, currently 19th in the Premier League.

Known for pace and direct running, he would add competition on the flanks. For the promoted side, signing a winger was among the aims, though priority remains a striker and a powerful, experienced midfielder. Another signing could arrive before the end of the week.
