Lucas Michal set to extend AS Monaco contract | OneFootball

Before heading out on a straight loan to join SC Amiens on transfer deadline day, Joan Tincres (18) extended his deal with the Principality club. Lucas Michal (19), who has integrated into the first-team set-up at AS Monaco this season, is now set to do the same, according to a report from Nice-Matin.

It was a relatively busy transfer window for Monaco, who brought in Mika Biereth and Moatasem Al-Murati and sold academy product Eliot Matazo. Now the window is shut, Les Monégasaques are still preparing for the future, notably by tying Michal down to a new deal.

The France U20 international’s current deal is set to expire in 2026. This season, the versatile forward has played seven times for the first team, whilst he has also played six games in the UEFA Youth League, netting once. Nice-Matin understands that Michal’s new deal will run until the summer of 2029.
