Lucas Paquetá included as Flamengo confirm Internacional line-up at Maracanã

Flamengo have confirmed their line-up for the Brasileirão’s second round against Internacional at the Maracanã on Wednesday, with Lucas Paquetá included.

According to Coluna Do Fla, coach Filipe Luís has named the XI as follows: Rossi, Royal, Léo Ortiz, Léo Pereira, Alex Sandro, De La Cruz, Pulgar, Arrascaeta, Paquetá, Cebolinha and Bruno Henrique.

Paquetá will make his first Flamengo appearance at the Maracanã in seven years. He has already featured in 2026 against Corinthians at Mané Garrincha in the Supercopa do Brasil.

Saúl remains out as he recovers from heel surgery, and Jorginho is suspended. Luiz Araújo has muscle pain and Danilo has been released to resolve personal matters.

Flamengo are 12th in the table and Internacional are 17th. Both lost their opening matches, to São Paulo and Fluminense respectively.

The match will be shown exclusively on Premiere via pay-per-view.
