Lucas Paquetá visits West Ham base for fresh talks as Flamengo pursue deal | OneFootball

Flamengo remain in the hunt for Lucas Paquetá, with discussions ongoing with West Ham. Paquetá was at the club’s training ground on Tuesday 20 for a fresh meeting with Nuno Espírito Santos.

According to Coluna Do Fla, he did not train with team-mates, leaving after the talks and continuing to await a Flamengo proposal.

West Ham’s current asking price is €45 million, approximately R$ 281 million. Flamengo aim for €37 million fixed plus €5 million in bonuses, totalling €42 million, around R$ 262 million. New talks are expected in the coming days.

Flamengo have already reached agreement with Lucas Paquetá on contract details. The board now need to bridge the gap with West Ham on the fee.

Flamengo face Vasco on Wednesday 21 at 21:30 Brasília time at the Maracanã, in the third round of the Carioca.
