Porto confirmed on Friday that Luuk de Jong has left the club, and in a club video the 35-year-old Netherlands international reflected on his farewell.
He looked back on last weekend’s scenes as the team celebrated their latest title.

The festivities came as Porto marked the 31st national championship in their history.
De Jong said he had never seen anything like it in his career.
