Mainz 05 sporting director Christian Heidel has addressed interest in Kaishu Sano, saying the club are under no pressure to sell but would assess any huge offer.
"We don’t have to sell Kaishu and can afford to keep him. If he stays, there will be a lot of happy people in the team, at the club, and around it," Heidel said. He was speaking to Bild.

"It’s always the same at Mainz 05. If an offer comes in that leaves us gasping for air, we have to think about it," Heidel said.
The 25-year-old defensive midfielder has been linked with a move, with Liverpool and Arsenal among the clubs monitoring his situation.
A transfer fee of around €60 million has been touted for Sano.
